CC77 Terms & Conditions – User Rules and Rights

1. Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Registration Requirements

To create a CC77 account, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age in full at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list in Brazil;
• Not holding any other active account on CC77 — only one account per CPF, email address, and device is permitted.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

CC77 may request identity documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Accepted documents include RG, CNH, Passport, or any other official photo ID issued by a Brazilian government authority. The identity verification process (Know Your Customer – KYC) is required for compliance and under Brazil's gaming regulatory framework.

The account remains functional for deposits and bets while verification is pending. For withdrawals, full verification is required. CC77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during the document review process.

2.1 User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out on their CC77 account. This includes keeping their password confidential, not sharing login credentials with third parties, and notifying CC77 immediately if unauthorized access is suspected. CC77 is not liable for any losses resulting from the voluntary or negligent sharing of credentials.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the CC77 platform:

• Creating more than one account using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device;
• Using bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any unauthorized form of automation to interact with the platform;
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to exploit promotions or manipulate betting outcomes;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems, betting limits, or bonus rules.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonus balances, and withholding of pending withdrawals during the investigation. CC77 reserves the right to permanently close accounts that violate these rules.

2.3 Inactive Account

Accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. CC77 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 on the available balance of inactive accounts following email notification. The minimum balance subject to deduction is R$ 10.00 — accounts with a zero or negative balance are closed automatically at no additional charge. To reactivate your account, simply log in again.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

CC77 accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. The following are accepted:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, every day;
• Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, with instant approval or within up to 1 hour;
• Debit card — Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit;
• Boleto bancário — cleared within 1 business day after payment is confirmed;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed within 30 minutes.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum deposit limit, but CC77 may request proof of source of funds for high-value deposits as a compliance measure.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

To request a withdrawal from CC77, the user must meet the following criteria:

• Having a complete registration with approved identity verification;
• The Pix key provided for withdrawal must be registered under the same CPF as the CC77 account holder;
• Having no active bonus balance with a pending rollover — bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• Withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes via Pix for verified accounts, with no fees.

CC77 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys held in the user's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended for up to 72 hours pending investigation.

3.3 Currency

All amounts on CC77 are displayed and processed in Brazilian Real (BRL, R$). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted. Deposits made with a credit card issued abroad are automatically converted to BRL by the card provider before reaching the platform.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by CC77 are subject to specific terms published on each promotion's page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each promotion is valid only for eligible accounts as specified in the criteria — generally, one use per user, CPF, address, device, or IP;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the rollover are converted into real balance available for withdrawal;
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount or on the deposit amount plus the bonus, as specified in each promotion;
• Voided bets, bets cashed out before the final result, and bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the rollover — please check the terms of each promotion;
• Unused bonuses or those with a pending rollover expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion, generally 7 or 30 days after being granted.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

CC77 monitors betting patterns to detect promotional abuse. Bonus abuse is defined as any deliberate strategy of betting solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — for example, betting both sides of the same market using bonus funds on one account and real funds on another. Accounts identified with a bonus abuse pattern may have their bonuses cancelled and related bets voided.

4.3 Welcome Bonus

The CC77 welcome bonus applies to each user's first deposit only. The bonus is equal to 100% of the first deposit, with a minimum of R$ 20.00 up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or on eligible casino games. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.

5. Sports Betting

5.1 Coverage & Markets

CC77 offers betting on more than 30 sports, with special coverage of the Brazilian calendar: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB, UFC/MMA, and e-sports (CBLOL, CS2). Odds are displayed in decimal format and updated in real time for live betting.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

CC77 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors that produced clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 100.00 on an event with an obvious outcome);
• Bets placed after the official start of the event (for pre-game markets);
• Events that are cancelled, suspended indefinitely, or not concluded within 48 hours of the original scheduled time;
• Evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation by any party involved.

Voided bets are refunded in full to the user's balance as real funds within up to 24 hours of the voiding decision.

5.3 Cash Out

The cash out feature allows users to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a partial payout calculated based on the current odds of the event. Cash out can be full or partial and is available for single and accumulator bets on selected events. CC77 may temporarily suspend cash out during periods of high odds volatility — such as goals, cards, or injuries.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 Providers and Certifications

All games available in the CC77 casino section — including slots, crash games, jackpot, and live casino — are supplied by internationally certified providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, BGaming, Red Tiger, and Evolution. All games use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories.

6.2 Crash Games & Provably Fair

The Provably Fair crash games available on CC77 allow any user to mathematically verify that the outcome of a round was generated fairly and at random. The verification tool is built directly into each game's interface. The use of Provably Fair does not eliminate the inherent risk of any game of chance — the result of each round is always random and independent of previous rounds.

6.3 Progressive Jackpot

Progressive jackpot prizes are credited in full to the winner's real balance with no rollover requirement. The user may request a Pix withdrawal immediately after the credit is applied. Jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are indicative and updated in real time — the exact amount paid is the accumulated total at the precise moment the jackpot is triggered.

6.4 Game Malfunction

If a technical failure occurs during an active round of any game (disconnection, freeze, server error), CC77 will review the round history to determine whether the result was correctly recorded. Rounds with a confirmed technical failure that did not produce a definitive outcome will have the wagered amount refunded. CC77 is not liable for losses resulting from the user's own internet connection issues.

7. Responsible Gambling

CC77 believes that healthy entertainment starts with real control tools. All users have access to the following responsible gambling features, available in the account settings area:

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour waiting period;
• Session limit — set how long you want to play each day before being automatically logged out;
• Loss limit — set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;
• Temporary self-exclusion — suspend your account for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. During self-exclusion, it is not possible to make deposits, place bets, or access casino games;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification.

8. Privacy and LGPD

9. Account Closure

9.1 Account Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and the available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key. Bonus balances with a pending rollover will be cancelled without refund.

9.2 Account Closure by CC77

CC77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of any rule set out in these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Registration by a minor;
• Creating multiple accounts under the same user.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, CC77 will individually assess whether deposited balances will be returned to the account holder — bonus balances are always forfeited in such cases. The final decision rests with CC77's compliance team, with the option for the user to appeal within 30 days via email.

10. Changes to the Terms

CC77 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 7 calendar days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
